A-1 Property and Grounds, located in Coats, NC, is a full service lawn care company that is dedicated to customer satisfaction by providing experienced professionals, quality equipment and materials, and outstanding customer service. The owner was raised in Cary, NC and has ben providing landscaping services to Raleigh and surrounding areas since 2000.
Our service is designed for residential and commercial properties including HOAs. We value customer satisfaction and are proud that the majority of our business comes from repeat business and referrals.
